Section 170 IAC 1-3-2 - Applicability of rules

Sec. 2.

Application of Rules. These rules [ 170 IAC 1-3 ] shall apply to any public utility subject to the jurisdiction of the commission which is engaged in the conveyance of telegraph or telephone messages, or in the production, transmission, delivery or furnishing of heat, light, water or power, or in the collection, treatment, purification and disposal in a sanitary manner of liquid and solid waste, sewage, night soil and industrial waste.
