Section 105 IAC 7-2-6 - Waiver of corrective action

Sec. 6.

Where unauthorized approaches extending over any highway right-of-way are in place on or after September 1, 1985, it shall be the right of the department to exercise discretion in implementing the procedure stated in section 4 of this rule.
