Section 105 IAC 13-2-13 - "Mail" defined

Sec. 13.

"Mail" means a written transmittal or electronic file readable by the department and sent to the addressee by:

(1) U.S. mail;

(2) private carrier;

(3) e-mail;

(4) fax; or

(5) hand delivery.
