Section 19-20.1-60 - Restrictions(a) Permittees and operators shall not solicit passengers or fares on airport premises. Pickup shall be limited to those passengers and clients who have made prior arrangement for the ground transportation service provided or facilitated by the permittee. The permittee, and its employees, agents and operators shall have evidence of such prior arrangements in the form of schedules, passenger manifests or other similar documentation which identifies the passengers and clients, available for inspection by the director at all times during the period the permittee is engaged in business activities at the public airport, including at the time of all pickups.(b) Permittees shall not use dispatchers, agents, customer service assistants, operators, employees or any other persons who have a working arrangement with the permittee to engage in any effort to solicit or obtain ground transportation business on any public airport premises.Haw.
