Section 17-912-5 - Methods of service provision(a) Services shall be provided to eligible individuals directly by department staff or by purchase of service (POS) providers. Services provided by POS providers shall be limited by the terms, 'scope, and funding specified in the POS contracts.(b) Specific services such as chore, day care, and family care services may also be provided by individuals or agencies through independent arrangements made by the recipient.
