Section 17-896-29 - Disaster plan for emergencies

Each facility shall have a written disaster plan to cover emergencies such as fire, flood, or natural disaster which shall be:

(1) Approved by the fire inspector, the health consultant, or the red cross;

(2) Practiced at regular intervals; and

(3) Posted in a prominent place in the facility.
