Section 17-892.1-34 - Water supply(a) The water supply shall be from a source approved by the health authority and shall be under pressure. The plumbing shall be installed and maintained in a manner approved by local plumbing codes.(b) If running water is not available, the water shall originate from a source approved by the health authority, shall be transported to the child care setting in clean, sanitized, covered containers, and shall be protected from contamination.Haw.
