Section 17-798.3-82 - Managing children's behavior(a) The provider shall ensure an environment that promotes a child's well-being.(b) The provider shall not use physical punishment as a means of disciplining or managing children's behavior, including but not limited to, spanking, pinching, slapping, or shaking.(c) The provider shall not cause physical harm or neglect to the child.
