Section 17-795-25 - Eligibility redetermination(a) Redetermination for eligibility to participate with the SEE program shall be done annually based on the current date of eligibility.(b) The employer shall meet the eligibility requirements described in section 17-795-23 and satisfy the application and eligibility determination process described in section 17-795-24.
