Section 17-675-5 - Personal reserve standards for financial assistance(a) For a family, applying for or receiving financial assistance under the aid to families with dependent children, the personal reserve standard is $5,000.(b) For an individual or couple who receives SSI benefits or is applying for or receiving financial assistance under the general assistance or aid to the aged, blind, or disabled programs, the personal reserve standards shall be equal to standards employed by the SSI program.[Eff 3/19/93; am 1/25/97; am 9/26/97] (Auth: HRS § 346-53) (Imp: HRS § 346-29; 45 C.F.R. §233.20 )
