One adult member of the household shall sign the declaration statement for the SAVE program attesting, under penalty of perjury, to the citizenship or legal alien status of each household member at the household's initial application and each subsequent eligibility review or recertification. The signature of one adult member at the time of the household's eligibility review or recertification is needed to cover any new members that may have been added to the household since the completion of the household's last declaration.
