Section 17-1746-14 - Waiver of other Medicaid benefits(a) An individual who elects PACE shall waive all rights to Medicaid payments for services that are equivalent to PACE services.(b) Medicaid payments may be made for other Medicaid covered services unrelated to services available under PACE.Haw.
