Section 17-1738-35 - Appeals and hearings(a) The provider shall be entitled to the appeal and hearing process in accordance with the provisions of chapter 17-1736.(b) The applicant or recipient who is denied eligibility for medical assistance or whose eligibility is terminated shall be entitled to the appeal and hearing process in accordance with chapter 17-1703.Haw.
