Section 17-1730.1-21 - Enrollment(a) The effective date of coverage or enrollment is the date on which the spenddown amount was met.(b) An individual eligible in accordance with this chapter, with the exception of an individual identified in section 17-1735.1-2(a), shall be enrolled in a health plan as described in chapter 17-1720.1.(c) An eligible individual described in section 17-1735.1-2(a) shall not be enrolled into a health plan and services shall be provided on a fee-for-service basis.Haw.
