Section 17-1722-20 - Provision of coverage(a) Coverage as a specified low income Medicare beneficiary shall be limited to the payment of the Medicare supplemental medical insurance premium.(b) Coverage shall be effective in the month in which eligibility begins, no earlier than the first day of the three months prior to the month the application was received by the department.Haw.
