Section 17-1722-82 - Effective date of coverage Coverage under this group shall begin:
(a) On the date of application;(b) If specified by the applicant, retroactive coverage may begin no earlier than the first day of the three months prior to the month the application is received by the department; or(c) If ineligible in the month of application, the date on which all eligibility requirements are met by the applicant in a subsequent month.Haw.
