Section 17-1719-1 - Purpose

This chapter establishes the Aged, Blind, and Disabled Group. The Aged, Blind, and Disabled Group provides Medicaid eligibility for an aged, blind, or disabled individual under the provisions of Title XIX of the Social Security Act.
