Section 17-1627-7 - Study(a) The department shall study the application and other required documents to determine whether the institution meets the requirements of this chapter.(b) The applicant shall show verification that the institution meets the regulations of the fire department, and the city and county building department.(c) Requirements of the department of education shall be met when a regular school program is conducted in the institution.(d) Reports of the study shall be kept on file by the department.[Eff DEC 09 2010] (Auth: HRS §§ 346-14, 346-17) (Imp: HRS § 346-17)
