Section 17-1627-11 - Denial of certificate of approval(a) A certificate of approval shall not be issued when the study indicates that the institution does not meet the requirements of this chapter.(b) The department shall send the institution a written statement giving the reasons for denying issuance of a certificate of approval.Haw.
