Section 17-1625-13 - Denial(a) The agency shall deny approval of a resource family home when:(1) The requirements of this chapter are not met ;(2) The applicant or a household member does not demonstrate the ability, skills, or personal qualities to provide safe and appropriate care for foster children; or(3) A member of the household poses a potential risk to foster children.(b) The agency shall notify the applicant in writing giving the reason for the denial.Haw.
