Section 17-1445-1 - Purpose(a) The purpose of this chapter is to establish the Standards that shall be applied by the department for the recertification of nurse aides employed in state-licensed or state-certified health care settings.(b) State-licensed or state-certified health care settings may or may not require recertification of nurse aides in their employ.
