Section 17-1416-5 - Methods of service provision(a) Services shall be provided to eligible individuals directly by department staff or by purchase of service providers. Services provided by purchase of service providers shall be limited by the terms, scope, and funding specified in the purchase of service contracts.(b) Specific services such as chore services may also be provided by individuals or agencies through independent arrangements made by the recipient.
