Section 17-1401.1-3 - Maintenance of records(a) The ACCSB shall keep records to document information acquired in the administration of the ACCSB programs.(b) This information shall: (1) Substantiate the expenditure of public funds;(2) Be kept in confidential records and files; and(3) Not be subject to any other law permitting inspection of public records.Haw.
