Section 17-1401.1-10 - Penalty Any person who fails to safeguard confidential information or who violates rules governing the confidential nature of department information may be prosecuted for a violation. Violators shall include, but shall not be limited to:
(1) Any person, including any person who acquires information through authorized inspection, who divulges the information other than as authorized by law; and(2) A person who intentionally and knowingly aids or abets an unauthorized person in the inspection of the records or files.Haw.
