Section 17-1401.1-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to define the conditions under which the department of human services, social services division, adult and community care services branch (ACCSB), may disclose information related to:

(1) Applicants or recipients of services provided by the ACCSB;

(2) Individuals who are subjects of a vulnerable adult abuse report investigated by the ACCSB; and

(3) Any other information gathered and maintained by the ACCSB.
