Section 16-131-60 - Appointments(a) When a service call to the subscriber's premises is required, the cable operator shall upon the subscriber's request, schedule a four-hour block of time (either a.m. or p.m.) for the appointment and make a reasonable effort to pinpoint a more exact time.(b) If for any reason the cable operator cannot make a scheduled appointment, the cable operator shall make a reasonable effort to notify the subscriber in a timely manner.[Eff and comp 12/23/91; comp 12/3/08] (Auth: HRS § 440G-12) (Imp: HRS § 440G-12)
