Unless otherwise required by this subchapter or the commission, all parties shall file with the commission a paper original, one paper copy and one electronic copy of each pleading or amendment thereof. Additional copies shall be promptly provided if the chairperson or the executive officer so requests. The commission, by order, may modify the number or format of copies required under this section.
