Section 13-251-26 - Unlawful use of operator permit No person shall:
(1) Display, cause or permit to be displayed, or have in the person's possession, any cancelled, revoked, suspended, fictitious, or fraudulently altered permit;(2) Lend the person's permit to any other person or knowingly permit the use thereof by another;(3) Display or represent as one's own, any permit not issued to oneself;(4) Fail or refuse to surrender any departmental permit to the department upon its lawful demand;(5) Permit any unlawful use of a permit issued to that person;(6) Do any act forbidden, or fail to perform any act required, by this chapter.
