Section 13-251-16 - Authority of department to revoke operator permit(a) The department may revoke any operator permit upon determining that the permittee failed to give the required or correct information in the application, committed any fraud in making such application, or repeatedly violated section 13-251-17.(b) Upon revocation, the department shall immediately notify the permittee in writing and upon written request shall afford the permittee full and reasonable opportunity for a hearing.
