Section 13-241-17 - Seizure of documents and decals

The department may take possession of any certificate of number, permit, registration decal, or certificate of title issued by it upon expiration, revocation, cancellation, or suspension thereof, or which is fictitious, or which has been unlawfully or erroneously issued.
