Section 12-20-10 - Reduction of wages

No employer shall reduce a wage paid to an employee which is in excess of the minimum wage under chapter 387, Hawaii Revised Statutes, for the purpose of evading the overtime provisions of section 387-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
