Section 11-93-30 - Radiology services(a) Radiology consultation and services shall be regularly and conveniently available to meet the needs of the patients.(b) Radiology services shall be directed by a radiologist and be staffed by qualified technical personnel. Space, equipment and supplies shall be made available for radiology services.(c) There shall be written policies governing all radiological procedures.(d) Reports of all procedures shall be made a part of the patient's record.(e) All procedures and policies shall be compliance with chapter 11-40, Administrative Rules, entitled "Radiation".[Eff. 3/3/86; am and ren AUG 3, 1992] (Auth: HRS §§ 321-9, 321-11) (Imp: HRS §§ 321-9, 321-11)
