Section 11-20-42 - Bottled water and point-of-use devices(a) The director may require the supplier of water to use bottled water or point-of-use devices as a condition for granting an exemption from the requirements of section 11-20-4(d).(b) The supplier of water that uses bottled water as a condition of obtaining an exemption from the requirements of section 11-20-4(d) shall meet the requirements set out in section 11-20-43(f).(c) The supplier of water that uses point-of-use devices as a condition for receiving an exemption shall meet the requirements set out in section 11-20-43(g).
