Section 11-20-31 - Use of trucks to deliver drinking water
(a) Before any person, other than a county department or board of water or water supply, may use a truck to deliver drinking water to supply a public water system, such person shall first notify the director and shall comply with procedures specified by the director to ensure that the water to be delivered will not endanger the health of users of the water.
