Rule 616-1-2-.37 - Request for Agency Records(1) In any matter which could result in the revocation, suspension, or limitation of a license, requests by the licensee for exculpatory, favorable, or arguably favorable information relative to any pending issues concerning the license shall be governed by O.C.G.A. § 50-13-18(d).(2) Release of child abuse records shall be governed by O.C.G.A. §§ 49-5-40 through -46.Ga.
