Rule 183-1-12-.09 - Transport to Polls1. The election superintendent shall take all necessary measures to cause the voting system components to be safely and securely transported to the polling places.2. The election superintendent shall cause the voting system components for each polling place to be delivered to the polling place at least one hour before the time for the opening of the polls. The election superintendent shall cause magnifying devices to be made available at each polling place to assist voters in reviewing their paper ballots.3. If the voting system components are stored at a polling place prior to the arrival of the poll manager or their designee, the election superintendent shall cause the components to be stored in a locked, secure manner with appropriate climate control as described in Rule 183-1-12-.04.Ga.
