Rule 111-8-47-.17 - Resident Capacity(1) The number of beds provided shall be indicated on each permit and provisional permit.(2) The number of residents receiving care within the home shall not exceed the number of beds shown on the permit. In exceptional cases, temporary waivers, not to exceed thirty (30) days, may be granted by the Department.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 111-8-47-.17
