(1) Each home shall provide services to assist all residents in dealing with social and related problems through one or more caseworkers on the staff of the facility or through arrangements with an appropriate outside agency.(2) Social service information concerning each resident shall be obtained and kept. This information shall cover social and emotional factors related to the resident's condition and information concerning his home situation, financial resources and relationships with other people.(3) All employees having contact with residents shall receive social service orientation and inservice training toward understanding emotional problems and social needs of residents.(4) One person in each home shall be designated as being responsible for the social services aspects of care in the home.Ga.
