(1) Residents shall be admitted only on medical evaluation and referral.(2) Each resident's health care is under the continuing supervision of a physician who sees the resident as needed and in no case less often than sixty (60) days, unless justified otherwise and documented by the attending physician.(3) There shall be a physician and dentist on call who will provide for the resident's medical and/or dental needs when his attending physician or dentist is not available.(4) A home shall admit only those residents for whom it can provide the care needed and for which it holds a permit.Ga.
