(2) Upon receipt of the written request, the Division or the Association shall advise the self-insurer in writing within thirty (30) days as to the effective date of the change, using the NCCI Workers' Compensation Experience Rating Plan Manual for Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability Insurance as previously incorporated by reference in Rule 69L-5.201, F.A.C., to determine this date.Fla.
