Section 59G-4.029 - Behavioral Health Medication Management Services

(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid behavioral health medication management services to recipients.

(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Behavioral Health Medication Management Services Coverage Policy, November 2019, incorporated by reference.
