Section 59A-12.009 - Examination by the Agency for Health Care Administration

The AHCA shall conduct examinations and investigate complaints regarding the quality of health care services being provided by the HMO or PHC as frequently as necessary to carry out the provisions of Chapter 641, Part III, F.S. and Rule 59A-12, F.A.C.
