Rule 29-5201 - PROGRAM SERVICES

5201.1

Mental Health Rehabilitative Services (MHRS) shall include the following services:

(a) Screening, Assessment, and Diagnosis;

(b) Medication/Somatic Treatment;

(c) Counseling/Therapy;

(d) Community Support;

(e) Crisis/Emergency Services;

(f) Clinical Care Coordination;

(g) Rehabilitation Day Services;

(h) Intensive Day Treatment ("IDT");

(i) Community Based Intervention ("CBI");

(j) Assertive Community Treatment ("ACT");

(k) Child-Parent Psychotherapy ("CPP");

(l) Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ("TF-CBT");

(m) Functional Family Therapy ("FFT");

(n) Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Services;

(o) Trauma Systems Therapy ("TST"); and

(p) Psychosocial Rehabilitative ("Clubhouse") Services.

5201.2

All MHRS services shall be provided by, or under the supervision of, qualified practitioners as set forth in Chapters 34 and 39 of Title 22-A DCMR.
