Rule 29-4704 - STAFFING AND ADMINISTRATION
4704.1

Each Provider shall assign each client to an individual case manager.

4704.2

Each individual case manager shall meet the following minimum qualifications:

(a) Be licensed as a graduate social worker pursuant to D.C. Code § 2-3308.2; and
(b) Work under the supervision of an independent clinical social worker who is licensed in accordance with D.C. Code § 2-3308.4 and who has two years' experience in social work.
4704.3

No individual case manager shall have a caseload in excess of 30 clients.

4704.4

Each Provider shall develop a case plan of care for each client which shall be designed to promote the consistent, coordinated, and timely provision of care.

4704.5

Each Provider shall update the case plan every six (6) months and shall document the updates to the case plan in the client's record.
