Rule 21-429 - SPECIAL PROVISIONS GOVERNING MASTER-METERED APARTMENT BUILDINGS

429.1

Section 428 shall apply to all master-metered water and sewer accounts in residential rental apartment buildings billed directly to the owner, agent, lessor, or manager of the premises (hereinafter referred to as "owner").

429.2

DC Water shall provide the tenants with the opportunity to assume prospective financial responsibility for the water and sewer services pursuant to the provisions of §§ 428 and 430.
