Rule 14-2222 - SALE BY HEIRS

2222.1

If an Inclusionary Unit Owner dies, at least one (1) heir, legatee, or other person taking title to the Inclusionary Unit by will or by operation of law shall occupy the Inclusionary Unit if the Household of such person meets the requirements of these regulations. If the Household of such person does not meet the requirements of these regulations, such person shall provide DHCD with a Notice of Availability in accordance with § 2206.
