Rule 12-G503 - TOILET ROOMSStrike Section 503.4 of the International Property Maintenance Code in its entirety and insert new Section 503.4 in the Property Maintenance Code in its place to read as follows:
503.4Floor surface. In other than dwelling units, every toilet room floor and every wall base in a toilet room shall be a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface that permits such floor to be easily kept in a clean and sanitary condition. The wall base shall be at least 3 inches (76.20 mm) in height.
