Section 5300-8.0 - Inactive Status8.1 A licensee asking to have his or her license placed on inactive status must notify the Board of his/her intention to do so in writing prior to the expiration of his/her current license. Holders of temporary certified massage technician licenses are not eligible for inactive status.8.2 A licensee on inactive status seeking to re-enter practice must notify the Board in writing of his/her intention, pay the appropriate fee, and provide the Board with documentation demonstrating compliance with the continuing education hours required by subsection 9.9, and proof of current CPR certification.24 Del.
