Section 5-201-11 - Description of organization(a) The Board consists of seven members appointed by the Governor in accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. Sec. 5-201, one of whom is designated by the governor as Chairperson.(b) The Board is in the Department of Administrative Services for administrative purposes only.(c) A quorum of the Board shall consist of three members.(d) The Board, or any three members designated by the Board, may serve as a hearing panel to hear an appeal.Conn.
