Section 22a-174-11 - Prohibition against concealment or circumvention(a) No person shall install or cause the installation or use of any device or any means which, without resulting in reduction in the total amount of air pollutant emitted, conceals or dilutes an emission of air pollutant which would otherwise violate applicable regulations.(b) Abatement of objectionable odors as defined in section 22a-174-23 by means of dilution or masking shall not be deemed a violation of this section, provided that any masking odor used shall not itself violate section 22a-174-23 or create a nuisance.Conn.
